How to choose the fuse 

The specification of the fuse between the battery connected to the controller is the maximum output current of the controller as the reference. The selection of wire diameter is based on the maximum output current of the controller, and is calculated according to the wire diameter current-carrying table. For example, If you have a 30A controller fully loaded, the fuse should also be 30A.

Answers: The fuse can be replaced. You can open the transparent holder, screw out the nut and washer to replace the fuse.

Answers: The size of bolt is M8. It supports 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 AWG wiring cables. The maximum size is 0 AWG.er purchase.
Questions: What order do I install fuse, terminal, washer in under the bolt?
Answers: You can put a flat washer first, next the fuse, then the ring terminal (attached to the end of the wire), then the flat washer, then the lock washer, and finally the nut. Truthfully, as long as the fuse and ring terminal are in direct contact, either one can be first or second.
